Alex Makieiev

Founder & CEO

Alex is a full-stack engineer with a background in SaaS product development. Before Greetler, he spent years building software for businesses that struggled with the same problem: great products, great websites, but zero way to engage visitors outside office hours.

After watching a friend's law firm lose leads night after night to unanswered website inquiries, he started prototyping an AI concierge that could do more than a chatbot — one that actually understood the business and could hold a real conversation.

Greetler launched in 2025 with a focus on service businesses: law firms, dental practices, cosmetic surgery, home services, and real estate. The verticals where after-hours engagement matters most — and where every missed visitor is a missed client.
